I just wanted Element Funding to know how thankful we are for Ray Evans and his team. We were so blessed to get to work with them on our recent home purchase. Ray was there for us 24 hours 7 days a week. He even came to our house to sign paperwork so our boys could get to bed! He was patient with us as we took this home buying journey. My husband, who suffers from Decision Deficit Disorder (DDD - I made this up but it is true) had us looking at houses for 3 YEARS! Anytime we needed to know any financial information about payment quotes or a quick approval letter to go with an offer...Ray and his team were there immediately for us. It all paid off when our house was sold in 5 days...and we put an offer on a house with a 2 week closing window. After a lot of work by our Element team, we did it!!!
