Converting a Primary Residence to an Investment Property

You will need the following:

  • A fully executed lease agreement for 12+ months. This cannot be with a family member.

    And one of the following:

    • 1007 which is a rental estimate prepared by AMC, appraisal company. 

    • 2-month’s consecutive recent bank statements or electronic transfers of rental payments on existing lease.

    • Copy of the Security Deposit and 1st-month’s rent check with proof of deposit into your account.
